“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. To keep our faces toward change and behave like free spirits in the presence of fate is strength undefeatable.”

BS Finance U of Fla Gainesville

In his own words:

I am a Finance Manager and live on the Lower East Side of Manhattan and although I love the city life I have always found myself looking for new adventures and challenging sites to explore.  I find that nature and being able to temporarily experience her drama completes a part of me.  That part that is inspired by natural beauty and the challenge to overcome my human obstacles to experiencing it.  Climbing the fiercest peak in order to enjoy the view; enjoying the climb as much as the view. Ignoring the little voice that says “you can’t do that” and obeying the instinct to keep going.  Learning, teaching, and experiencing adventures with others is a real joy.

I have hiked and explored all over the world.

Tour du Mont Blanc  (170km and 10,000m of ascent, touching France, Italy and Switzerland), Milford Track (New Zealand trail that wanders through the mountains and temperate rain forest in Fiordland National Park), Lost Coast Trail (a 25 mile coastline trek in the Californian King Range), Paintbrush Divide (Grand Teton National Park), Wind River Range (section of the Rocky Mountains in western Wyoming that includes Gannets Peak), The National Everglades, Glacier National Park, Muir Forest, Shenandoah Valley, The Great Barrier Reef, Cape Tribulation (Queensland, Australia headland with rainforest and beaches), La Playa de Aguilles, Bridger Mountains, and cave diving in the Dominican Republic.
